This album is a vibe. I found it on the internet by accident in 2001. It was the dopest thing ever. It was fresh and expansive and extended the genius of the original artists. I love Jazz, Hip Hop, House, and R&B, and this album has elements of all of that yet is its own thing. There's a freedom in the approach to this album that I celebrate. It is essential and here I am over 20 years later still singing its praises. A classic.
